The article deals with the actualization of the issue of the formation and promotion of the social health of the younger generation that is considered as one of the bases of the personal establishment. The author analyses the concept “readiness to the promotion of the social health of the students”, there is given the reason for the view on the readiness as an important quality of the modern teacher. There is presented the author’s view on the componential structure of the considered phenomenon.
