Teachers’ readiness to develop collectivism in a group of preschool children

The article reveals the teacher's readiness for the development of collectivism in preschool children, which is determined by the need to prepare the pupil to master at the next stage of education educational activities, which are inherently collective. The purpose of the article is to describe the influence of a teacher as one of the necessary psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of collectivism in preschool children. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, the predominance of the average level of development of collectivism among preschoolers was revealed. The majority of teachers also have an average (basic) level of readiness for the development of collectivism. They have theoretical knowledge in the field of the formation of collectivism among preschoolers, are able to use some means and methods for this purpose, but systematically do not pay attention to this. It is important to interest teachers, to help them realize the need to develop collectivism in preschool children, to actualize forms, methods, and means for organizing appropriate activities with pupils.
