Willingness of teachers of secondary vocational education to master innovative pedagogical experience and the information and educational platform as a way of its dissemination

This study presents data on the readiness to master innovative pedagogical experience obtained as a result of a survey of teachers and masters of secondary vocational education (n = 220). Questioning revealed a low level of readiness of teachers of secondary vocational education to master innovative experience in some characteristics. Based on the analysis of existing research and the results of the survey, the authors proposed a model of a unified information platform for the dissemination of innovative pedagogical experience (IPRI) among secondary vocational education institutions, including such elements as «Expert Consulting», «Media Experience», «Innovative Designer», «Project Experience». The integration of model elements allows not only to overcome the low willingness of employees of vocational education organizations, but also to form the experience of birth and the effective use of innovations.
