Due to the modernization of Russian education of one of the main tasks of the higher education there is an increase in his quality. The quality of education becomes the purpose and result of functioning of higher education institution. At the same time responsibility for quality of training of students in disciplines lays down on teachers. As the pedagogical category "quality of training in discipline" represents the process providing formation of set of personal characteristics of students for development of educational contents that appears as the level of mastering professional competences. Ensuring quality is impossible without use of effective instruments of management for them. Along with use of mark and rating system of assessment of results of training of student's intra high school monitoring of quality of training of students is applied to quality management. Intra high school monitoring can provide her objective assessment and continuous process of tracking indicators of personal characteristics of students for the purpose of adoption of effective administrative decisions on correction of educational process on the basis of results of the analysis, assessment and interpretation of the obtained information. This article is devoted to a problem of readiness of the teacher of higher education institution for the organization of intra high school monitoring that is caused by need of improvement of quality of training in disciplines of students by means of introduction of monitoring activity of teachers in educational process of higher educational institutions. Carrying out intra high school monitoring gives an opportunity to the teacher to receive feedback, to correct process of training taking into account his results, to reveal the closest zone of professional development of students. Carrying out intra high school monitoring of quality of training of students allows to stimulate pedagogical collective on achievement of the predicted results, promoting the professional growth of each teacher.
