Humanism-based system and synergetic interpretation of human resource

The content of human resource from the point of system and synergetic concept of humanism-based education is described. The elements of personal resource of an individual are presented: corporal, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. Types of personal resource are revealed: scholarship, professional qualification, personality resource, personal values and health. Human resource of a group is characterized as integral personal resources of its members.
