Хирургическое лечение обструкции верхних мочевых путей при туберкулезе мочевой системы

Введение. В настоящее время основой эффективного лечения туберкулеза мочевой системы (ТМС) является комбинированная специфическая химиотерапия с разумным хирургическим вмешательством и строгим последующим наблюдением пациента. Материалы и методы. В представленном обзоре литературы представлена эволюция методов хирургического лечения туберкулеза почек и верхних мочевых путей из 127 найденных источников для обзора отобрано 63. Результаты. ТМС - это медленно прогрессирующее заболевание с минимальными симптомами, часто приводящее к необратимому поражению органов и поэтому до 75% пациентов с этой патологией переносят оперативное вмешательство. Как следует из результатов последних исследований, акцент хирургического лечения все больше смещается с аблятивных и органоуносящих методик на реконструктивные операции. Хирургия туберкулеза верхних мочевых путей продолжает развиваться, но ее результаты в далеко зашедших случаях деструкции почечной ткани зачастую остаются неудовлетворительными. Выводы. Поиск новых методик реконструктивных вмешательств, целью которых стоит сохранение функционирующих почечно-мочеточниковых единиц и улучшение качества жизни заболевших, по-прежнему остается актуальным.
