Introduction: a dynamic system for fixation of distal tibiofibular articulation damages in recent times cut a swath among experts in traumatology and orthopedicsarea since at a high frequency of occurrence of such damage its classical static fixation by position screw has a number of disadvantages with consequent complica-tions.
