The idea of humanitarization in education: the concept and essence

The problem of the widespread dissemination of technocracy principles in education during personality development has led to the fact that in the current condition's society receives a person who is well trained to perform his/her professional duties, but at the same time does not have moral, ethical and ethical principles. In order to counteract these negative trends, according to many scientists, it is necessary to implement the idea of humanitarization in education, which puts the prevalence of the humane over the technocratic at the forefront. The article reflects the significance of the idea of humanitarization for science, society, a specific individual; describes the global consequences it entails in relation to the functioning of society; provides an explanation of the similarities and differences in understanding the terms "humanization" and "humanitarianization". Also considered are various options for defining the concept of "humanitarianization" authored by such researchers as L. I. Sereda and D. L. Matukhin, who characterize it as a form of organizing the learning process; A. R. Nuriyeva and S. R. Safina, who emphasize the special focus of humanitarization on the transfer of knowledge about people in general, and man in particular, about what makes people human; Z. I. Tyumaseva, E. N. Bogdanova, N. P. Shcherbak, who note the role of the concept in opposing the ideology of scientism, as well as the importance of maintaining a balance between the shares of polytechnic and humanitarian knowledge; A. S. Voronin, who focuses on solving social problems from the side of humanitarization. The study analyzed publications from various fields of scientific knowledge, reflecting in one form or another the essence of the idea of humanitarization. Among them: educational sciences; philosophy, ethics, religious studies; linguistics and literary criticism; sociological sciences; psychological sciences; history and archeology; economics and business; art criticism; media and mass communications; other social sciences. In conclusion, findings are made on the essence of the idea of humanitarization in education, the results of the research work are summarized.
