The paper examines the conflict situation of "pursuit-escape" of two aircraft in the upper atmosphere in a uniform gravity field. Devices are identified with controlled material points. On the part of the medium, a drag force acts on each of them, which is a linear function of the components of the velocity vector. The conflict situation is considered as an antagonistic game of two persons, from the point of view of the player-pursuer. The player-ally performs such a method of action that guarantees him the max minimum of the mutual distance between the players at the final moment of time.
