Image and prestige as factors of professional formation of military university teachers

The article considers the value of image and prestige of military school teachers as factors of their professional formation. Taking into consideration their correlation allows to enable effectiveness of pedagogical interaction of teachers and students, improve academic activities of the military university. The authors describe the use of image and prestige as means of social influence and a trigger of positive perception of the military school teacher by cadets, helping to improve efficiency of training and upbringing activities in the military university.
