Now becomes more and more obvious that the cancer of the breast unites in itself group of extremely heterogeneous diseases differing on a morphological picture, a clinical current and a forecast that is caused, first of all, by different molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis. In this regard, studying of correlation of an expression of the immunohistochemical markers associating with proliferative activity and degree of a differentiation of the cancer of the breast with morphological characteristics of ductal carcinoma in situ and microinvasive the cancer of the breast became the purpose of our work. The studied group included 71 patients passable treatment or surveyed in oncologic institute of P.A. Gertsen from 1993 to 2009 concerning a ductal carcinoma in situ and 26 patients with a the cancer of the breast with a microinvasive component. For immunohistochemical research the following markers were used: p53, Ki67, ciclin D1, E-cadherin, β-catenin, cytokeratins 7, 14, 19, 5/6 types, ER and PgR. Summarizing the received results, it is possible to conclude that in the surveyed sample of ductal carcinoma in situ without a microinvasion the expression of receptors of an estrogen and a progesterone statistically authentically correlated with higher degree of a differentiation, unlike a marker of proliferative activity of Ki-67. Besides, theopposite tendency in an expression of proteins p53 and Bcl-2 was noted. High-differentiated DCIS was authentically more often positive on an expression p53 and negative on expression Bcl-2, than low-differentiated. Other markers didn't associate with degree of a differentiation of a tumor.
