Establishing the conditions and patterns of implicit learning, identifying the determinants of this process are of considerable interest to researchers at the present stage of cognitive science development. The solution of comprehensive dynamic problems is a model of interaction with complex dynamic systems (political, economic ones). A person always interacts with such systems. To solve the tasks effectively, he/she should increase knowledge about the processes of cognitive activity. The study discusses the emergence of implicit knowledge when interacting with complex dynamic systems. The author analyzes the scientific and psychological literature (both Russian and international) to comprehend the research experience of implicit learning, search for conditions and determinants of an effective solution to complex dynamic problems based on personal characteristics and cognitive style of the subjects. It is assumed that implicit knowledge is a part of any cognitive activity. The study of this phenomenon has both theoretical and practical significance.
