Our life and professional activity poses a teacher ever new challenges. In modern conditions, changes dramatically the content of the teacher labor. It is determined, above all, demands a new quality of education, as a result of education is the teacher's competence in different spheres of life. Such an outcome is achievable if the teacher is ready for the implementation of educational activities. Willingness to teaching helps young professional to successfully perform their duties properly use the knowledge, experience, and self-control to keep tuned with the appearance of unforeseen obstacles. Improve the training of future teachers to teaching is a means and the goal of socio- economic and spiritual progress of society.
Observations and analysis of the teaching practice show that engineerpedagogues, young specialists at higher and secondary-special educational institutions with majors in professional education do not have high level of interest for the specialty, lack of the necessary knowledge and skills for scientific and pedagogical activity. This in its turn becomes a reason for various problems in organization and improvement of the activity of educational institutions.
To find solutions for the above mentioned issues we need a scientific explanation and estimation of the importance of the following topical tasks.

- Lack of systematic approach in organization of motivational processes on formation of necessary skills and students’ interest for pedagogical activity.
-
- Contradictory requirements for the bachelor degree preparation.
-
- Lack of programs and technologies on preparation of university students for pedagogical activity.
Finding solutions of the above mentioned contradictions is one of the main tasks of the research, including technologies and methods of preparation of university students(with major in professional education) for pedagogical activity.
Professional pedagogical training of a future instructor at an engineering pedagogical institute constitutes multi-sided system, aimed at the improved quality of education and the process of training highly qualified staff, which is testified by the announced laws and regulations of the republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at improvement of the staff training system meeting the requirements of the modern society.
The above decrees confirm the meaning and importance of the improvement of educational processes in our republic, staff training, vocational and further training and is one of the main directions of state policy.
Professional training of the students of professional education represents a complicated complex of different components among which one of the most important ones is readiness for the instructorship as one of the components of professional preparation of the future pedagogue.
A very important place in the theoretical pedagogical training is occupied by subject methodical training, which weapons him with the knowledge of the taught subject and instruction technology.
If psychology, pedagogics, methodology of the professional education is called a theoretical basis in the professional training of an instructor with the major in Professional education, the pedagogical practice and the major course named «pedagogical skills », recreating the real labor activity in secondary special, professional educational institutions and solve various pedagogical tasks which can be called a theoretical preparations of the daughter’s bathing. It is not the least important that in the process of practice students become professionals.
The existing problem consisting of the fact that the specifics and the “general atmosphere” of the bachelor training at universities with major in professional education, diffusion of the knowledge by different subjects and often the lack of interest for studying the disciplines of psychological pedagogical block and lack of motivation for the future pedagogical activity bring about that the knowledge and the experience in the pedagogical activity is acquired not at the educational institution, but immediately in the process of professional activity by trial and error, when upon graduation of the university, working at the secondary special or professional educational institutions, former graduates independently come to a notion of pedagogics, methodology as an essential aspect of training, inseparable from other taught disciplines and imaginable only in a single complex, and start to learn them from scratch.
That is why, so that there was no such hard restudying, at engineering pedagogical institutions it is necessary to work out a serious psychological pedagogical and methodical section for student preparation for the instructorship.
Based on the above, we can state that the modern requirements for the pedagogical training of a professional education specialist are founded on formation of the new insights of the specialist, as a carrier of the best achievements of the world and native practices, as a highly moral and educated person, a creative personality, which is achieved as a result of rearrangement of the educational process at the higher educational institutions on the base of dialectic interconnection of the competence-related and systematic approaches, and consideration of such requirements as: a) continuous education; b) fundamentalism; c) refreshed education content; d) change of approaches to the organization of the professional educational practice; e) implementation of the innovational technologies, necessary for the formation of the competitive professional specialist.
Besides, the students of professional education, graduated the institute with the supplementary specialty “Instructor”, in accordance with general professional and special preparation must be able to realize such activities as scientific research, educational, industrial-practical, scientific methodical, expert-consultation.
All the above allows to conclude the following: raising the quality of the pedagogical training at universities with the major of professional education, which is one of the prioritized directions of the modern educational policy in our country, sets the task on creation of specific technologies of specialist training for the future instructorship, content construction, determination of the indicators with the help of which one can check and assess the results of pedagogics student training.
