  • 1 .0 INTRODUCTION

  • 2.1    WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR STUDENTS?

First of all, it should be noted that human rights are an important thing that everyone should know today for the benefit of themselves and society. A person who knows his rights also knows how to protect himself, and how to protect the rights of others if the situation so requires. As we know, all laws and regulations are primarily focused on human rights and put their interests first. Therefore, it is very important for everyone to know their rights.

At the same time, students, who are the foundation of the future, must know their rights, because the role of such young people in society is unique. They will have to resolve the situation if they come across such kind of situation which may be happened in society.

But we may have a question why do we need to know English and be able to communicate in that language? English language is now the world language. Anyone who wants to be able to communicate with all the people in the world should know this language. So, we also need to know English in order to be able to defend our rights. It is true that we can express our rights in our own country using our native language but not to the extent that it can meet world standards. And in another country, we may not know how to exercise our rights.

Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that “everyone has the right to education”. Indeed, this human right has still many shortcomings and not everyone has access to education. It is a human right to receive education but no one would be able to do so without a respect for human rights in general.

When it comes to the educational process, we always remember students in the first place. As long as there are human rights, of course, the student has his own rights as a human being. We need to get use it in a real life. As you know, today the world is paying special attention to the process of education and the development of students as educated personnel. Unfortunately, in this day and age, just being educated is not enough. Everyone should be perfect in every way. In order to be so, he must already realize his rights, duties and freedoms. As mentioned in the most of resources, in higher education, students must:

  • •    Acquire the knowledge provided for in the educational programs, corresponding to the level of modern development of

  • • The art of choreography and science, engineering and technology, economics and culture;

  • •    To participate in the solution of the most important issues affecting all aspects of the activities of the university, to freely and openly express their views without discriminating against the dignity of other participants in the educational process;

  • • To demand respect for one's human dignity;

  • •    To get help from professors and teachers in case of various difficulties in the process of mastering the subject;

  • • To be active in various forms to acquire knowledge and skills to the best of their ability;

  • 2.2 WHAT'S SO IMPORTANT TO EXPRESS THEIR RIGHTS IN ENGLISH?

•Has the right to participate in the social life of the high school.

Before answering this question, let’s first think a little about English. as we all know, today this language is recognized by the world community and accepted as a world in which the world communicates. Acquiring the language is equally important for everyone today. There is a saying among the Uzbek people: "Til bilgan el biladi". This has been said among the Uzbek people for thousands of years. This proverb means that if a person knows a language other than his mother tongue and can speak it perfectly, that person can see the world and make friends with people and nations.

The importance of language is so high that it is a requirement of the time to be able to express each area in the target language. If we return to the field of human rights, we must know the human rights of those who want to live freely and without problems in today's society and use the target language correctly to protect themselves and other human rights in other regions. Why students? This question may arise in many people. Because the learning process is the process that needs to be taught most perfectly in today’s world. Students are actively involved in this process. If education is carried out in a strong way, the future of the country is very likely to prosper. This is an important task and duty of every student who actively participates in the educational process. Therefore, in a globalized world, it is very important to be able to defend oneself in every way. The importance of a language that brings peoples together to do this in any situation and in any region is immeasurable.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, at the end of our speech I must say that the importance of the language currently being studied in every field is enormous. Therefore, in the field of law as well as in the field of education and in the socio-economic sphere, we must have a perfect knowledge of the language. Today we must make for ourselves all of the above. In order to live in such a rapidly developing world, in order to know our place, we need to study our rights and interests in depth and apply them in real life. Let us not forget that all youth is the foundation of the future and the comprehensive strengthening of this foundation is, of course, up to us. So, in short, let's get used to being perfect in every way, and let's show our knowledge to the world by mastering the language that connects us with the youth of the world.
