Indicative approach in education authorities and schools interaction as means of municipal system of general education development

The article gives a reason to the use expediency of the indicative approach in municipal educational authority activity in order to translate the developing system purposes and activity stimulation to heads of educational institutions. It also determines the basic directions of the indicators use by the managing bodies with a view of developing municipal system of the general education. Substantial and technological construction laws of general educational establishment activity indicators are revealed.
