Indicators of sustainable development of municipalities: approaches to formation and practical implementation

The article discusses the theoretical and the methodological approaches to the development of integrated indicators of a sustainable development of municipal economy. The peculiarity of a new system of the indicators is their complex character connected with their impact on the process of the sustainable development of municipal social and economic systems and their potential of the economic development and the economic activity. The decomposition of determinants of sustainable development on factorial components was made according to provisions the evolutionary and genetic theory of factors of production suggested by O. Inshakov. The model of the sustainable development of municipalities includes six main components: labor (stability of labour resources), production (stability of the sphere of production); ecology (stability of the environment); institutions (stability of the institutional environment); organizations (stability of the organizational environment); information (stability of the communication and information exchange)...
