The article deals with the scientific analysis of the problems of the development of the innovative pedagogical approaches to the learning process of the middle medical personnel that were strained by the events of 2020- 2021 associated with the pandemic. There are used the methods of the survey of the students and employers for the improvement of the quality of the professional training of future specialists. One of the most important means of the implementation of the desired goal is the suggested new approaches to the teaching methods of the middle medical personnel.
