The individual educational program of the teacher: designing and realization

On the basis of the analysis of the scientific and methodological literature and the personal experience of the work in the university and in the Center of the Continuous Raise of the Professional Mastership there is substantiated the authors’ model of the individual educational program of the teacher. The authors suggest the structure of the program and the particular block of the direction. In the process of the development of the program there was used the system and activity approach, aimed at the formation of the necessary competencies and the overcoming of the professional deficiencies.
