Individual route for forming the professional competence of a young foreign language teacher

At the present stage of development of our society, education is becoming an increasingly powerful driving force for economic growth, increased efficiency, and competitiveness of the country. Currently, the education system of the Russian Federation is undergoing significant changes associated with the implementation of the new generation of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) and a shift in the model of cultural-historical development. However, no matter what changes occur in the education system, they ultimately depend on the individual performer - the school teacher. It is the educator who plays a key role in implementing various innovations into practice, therefore they must possess general and professional competencies. Professional competence is a necessary condition for the effectiveness of the educational process. The article discusses the creation of an individual educational route for a young specialist, the structure of an individual educationalroute, its positive impact on the formation of teaching competencies, and the improvement of a teacher's professional results. It also highlights personal experience in creating an individual educational route for a young teacher, its use, and the results.
