Information support and educational resources on internet for people with special requirements

The article considers the issues of information support for people with special requirements on the Russian internet segment and offers methods of forming the regional rehabilitation portal with the allocation of necessary structural components. Special attention is paid to the method of developing educational part of the portal using computer-based distant learning technologies as one of the alternatives to existing rehabilitation educational programs within the global information society formation.
