Information communication technologies in teaching astronomy in professional education organizations

The problem of using information communication technologies in teaching astronomy in professional education organizations is actualized. Classification of internet resources and specialized software in astronomy is considered, that can be used in the conditions of educational process informatization. Results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at studying the impact of the used internet resources and specialized software on student’s performance are presented. It has been found that application of modern communication technologies and specialized software makes it possible to imitate various processes and phenomena when studying the Universe, making the process of teaching astronomy exiting, interesting, absorbing and increases the motivation to studies and knowledge acquisition.
