Information and education environment as a factor of efficiency improvement of educational institution management

The article describes the role of information and education environment in the process of educational institution management. The authors describe a developed information system of university management that includes online progress report, e-textbooks with total pedagogical monitoring, psychological monitoring of students, health monitoring, electronic document accounting, as well as computerized workstation of managers. The authors argue the need for development of ICT competence of educational process participants.
