Information technologies as a factor of effectiveness improving in learning of the subject «Strength of materials»

The work defines the role of information technologies in the teaching of strength of materials. It also describes the possibilities of information resources application in the learning process. The author analyses the existing lab complexes of virtual lab assignments on strength of materials. An attempt to evaluate the use of tests bank on strength disciplines is made.
