Information technology in business communications

The article systematizes the types of information technologies used in modern practice in business communications. The use of information technologies in the company's activities is analyzed. The applied technologies (it technologies for data processing, management, office automation, geoinformation technologies) are implemented using different programs that are not integrated with each other. The solution to this problem is possible through the introduction of automated control systems, individually modified to meet the needs of enterprises.
