Informational technologies in educational institutions: problems and perspectives

The creation and development of the information society requires extensive use of informational technologies (IT) in education, which is determined by several factors. First, the introduction of IT in education significantly accelerates the transfer of knowledge and accumulated social experience of mankind, not only from generation to generation, but also from one person to another. Second, modern IT, improving the quality of teaching and learning, allow a person to more successfully adapt to the ongoing social changes. Third, active and effective implementation of these technologies in education is an important factor in the education system update in accordance with the requirements of modern society.
