The modern development of educational systems takes place in the close integration of subjects of education and digital technologies, interactive means. This article presents the results of a survey of teachers and specialists of preschool educational organizations regarding their experience of using digital resources and technologies in professional activities, as well as to determine the formation of teachers’ ideas about information skills in preschool children and ways of their development. The data obtained showed that most teachers of preschool educational organizations are ready to use digital tools in their work, both in educational activities with preschoolers and to increase the level of self-education. Half of the participating respondents, despite the widespread use of digital tools in their professional activities, indicate the need for methodological support in their development, as well as expanding the experience of using digital technologies.
