Innovations of the process approach as a factor of diversification of tourist and recreational services

The article is devoted to the actualization of the process approach in order to diversify the sphere of tourist and recreational services. Application of modeling of business processes in the conditions of scientific and technical progress is proved. Examples of innovations in the tourism and recreational sphere, which will significantly affect the optimization of activities and improve financial and economic results, are given. The indicators of the tourist and recrea-tional sphere of the Perm region are analyzed. The model of business processes is developed, which allows to estimate quantitative and qualitative effects from introduction of innovations for diversification of the main activity.
