Innovative activity of teachers and students as a condition for professional training of future specialists

The article discusses the directions of innovative activity of teachers and students on the example of implementing the regional educational project “Heritage”: innovations for learning, innovations in the content, methods and forms of education, innovations in organizing joint activities of the teacher and students, as well as innovations in assessment methods. Within the regional educational project “Heritage” the system of preparation and organization of the creative process in the implementation of project activities is being improved. The educational project “Heritage” is considered as a creative association of students who successfully learn handicrafts, create their own developments using the national and regional component. In particular, students use the quilling technique for creation of decorative motifs of Buryat ornaments. When implementing innovative methods for evaluating the educational result, students' participation in professional international competitions is taking into account.
