The innovative environment of the organization as the basis for the formation of management teams

This article analyzes the innovation environment as a basis for the formation of management teams in the organization. The innovation environment is understood as such a state of the organization as a system in which an impulse is given for the introduction and use of innovations. Team building based on an innovative environment receives an additional impetus that increases the efficiency of its implementation through the use of the latest technologies, including human resource management. To increase the probability of successful formation of a management team, it is necessary to take into account the most important aspects of the impact of the innovation environment, namely: creating conditions for the favorable development of innovations in the organization; taking into account the level of staff qualifications; emphasis on assessing the interaction between team members; analysis of the dynamics of both external and internal factors of the innovation environment of the organization; determination of the subjective characteristics of the organization; evaluation the potential of innovative methods at the planning stage with an emphasis on their effectiveness and efficiency.
