Innovative contents of preparation for organizational and management activities

The article considers the problems of preparation for organizational and managerial activities from the perspective of a functional approach; the content of training (education) is considered as a set of managerial functions; the innovative essence of the content of training is to change functions in solving managerial problems in the conditions of digital transformation of life; the author’s position on the construction of vocational training is indicated taking into account the results of modeling the content of education on the basis of invariant and variable components, reflecting both the existing generalized labor functions and labor functions in the field of management, as well as predicted.
