Innovative approaches to the organization of managerial work in the era of digital transformation

The article examines the process of changing the organization of managerial work in the context of digital transformation, which places new demands on management methods and the organization of managers' activities and involves a transition from traditional hierarchical models to flexible organizational structures and innovative management approaches. The authors consider Agile, Scrum, Kanban, data-driven management, process gamification, and hybrid work formats. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that innovative approaches to the organization of managerial work in the era of digital transformation represent a complex of interrelated changes affecting organizational structures, management methods, tools and competencies of managers, and the effectiveness of a manager is determined, among other things, by the ability to integrate digital technologies into the organization's development strategy and create an adaptive management environment focused on continuous development and innovation.
