The paper presents an algorithm for the services of hotel and restaurant business to determine the level of oxygen saturation in arterial blood with subsequent adjustment of the indicator with oxygenated products - creams and cocktails with the introduction of the formulation of biologically active compounds and drugs. The experimental data determine the minimum concentration required foam "Albufiksa" and "dry semifinished protein" to provide the required multiplicity (4-5) and stability (30 min) oxygen foam.
