The issues related to the innovative approach to corporate identity of business hospitality (restaurant and hotel business) are fundamental to innovation and state innovation policy. For enterprise innovation hospitality includes activities to promote the market of new products (services), and the creation and development of innovation infrastructure, including corporate identity business hospitality. The methodology development of corporate identity of FSI SLC "Sheremetievskiy" design- project is based on a systematic approach, and used the method of constructing a hierarchical classification, logical and mathematical analysis and simplification. Scientific and practical significance of the work is to develop a corporate dress code for the hotel and restaurant service. The research results can be used for development of technical standards for the enterprises of restaurant - hotel business and shaping the image and branding of hospitality enterprises.
