In today's globalized world, the issue of upbringing a harmoniously developed spiritually enlightened person is becoming more and more urgent. In turn, the process of globalization affects human spirituality. The process of globalization is mainly characterized by the development of international economic relations, information technology and science and technology. Globalization imposes new requirements on the rapid development of production and the training of appropriate personnel. This is due to the fact that the development of the economy is inextricably linked with the training of qualified personnel.

It is known that the formation of spiritual maturity in young people is one of the foundations of the formation of civil society. Today, the upbringing of a spiritually and physically harmoniously developed generation is an urgent task for us on a national scale. Consistent and decisive continuation of our work on the way to this noble goal is today at the center of our policy.

Educating young people in the spirit of patriotism and respect for our national values, protection from various ills and threats, increasing the effectiveness of propaganda work is one of the pressing problems of today.

The goal of the National Training Program is to radically reform the education system, to create a national system of training highly qualified personnel at the level of developed democracies, meeting high moral and ethical standards. The most important and responsible task facing the teachers of our country is to train specialists who will look at the world with a new eye, who are resourceful, knowledgeable, who will build and raise the foundation of our great future.

The pedagogue- a highly cultured specialist, has a deep knowledge of general and student paychology, a perfect knowledge of teaching methods. Everyone who choses the profession of educator takes responsibility for who they teach and educate.

The current development of science, engineering, production and technology defines the image of modern society. The most important feature of modern society is its globalization in all areas. Globalization requires rapid action, immediate acquisition, processing and effective implementation of the necessary information.

All countries strive to innovate as much as possible in education. News is a ling-term investment in the future. It is well known that information is an integral part of modern life. The main task of sorting is to sort the information according to several parameters based on user needs, to make it possible to use the information quickly and efficiently.

It is known that the application of innovations and advanced foreign experience in the teaching of any subject is one of the most pressing issues today. Today, in practice , there are differences between the words novelty and innovation. Novelty is the latest achievements, knowledge, methods in this science.

It is no secret that the teaching methods of the classical method are spiritually obsolete today, because today one of the main issues is to increase the effectiveness of teaching by introducing innovative, interactive, pedagogical, case technologies in the disciplines.

Developmental goal: creative application of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, independent work, develoment of skills.

When applying the strategy in training, the following should be considered:

Among the modern innovative directions of the develoment of pedagogical education can be distinguished the develoment of private innovation theory in the field of personel (private) education, the organizational and structural model of education, the development of a multi-level system of education.

One of the most pressing issues at the heart of ongoing reforms in the country is the educational younger generation, especially to ensure that they have access to the most modern equipment and technology.

Therefore, the role and importance of modern teaching methods, interactive methods, innovative technologies in the educational process of educational institutions is incomparable. Knowledge of pedagogical technologies and their application in education, experience- requirements provide knowledgeable and highly qualified individuals.

The concept of personal education is based on a cultural-historical and active approach, and today the work of our Uzbek scholars is of particular importance. One of the leading ideas of this theory is to understand the role and place of subject preparation in pedagogical education, the main focus is on teaching the subject as a means of developing students by mastering the subject.

In conclusion, the driving force behind the development of education in the third millennium has a positive impact on the renewal of the psychological activity of teachers, the optimal maintenance of the educational process, the firmation of a sense of humor, the thirst for knowledge, loyalty to the Fatherland, humanity.
