Innovative thinking and its forms of manifestation

Empirical, theoretical, visual, logical, spatial and other types of thinking play an important role in the development of innovative thinking. For example, theoretical thinking is considered to be part of innovative thinking, which is associated with working with a high degree of abstract concepts.

Empirical thinking is defined as the process of innovative thinking through visual images obtained as a result of emotional perception. In fact innovation mentality is a unique, integral component of innovation activity. Because exactly innovative thinking is characterized by its own characteristics, manifested in innovative activity. In our opinion, innovative thinking in itself is creative, scientific and theoretical, social, constructive, pragmatic, transformative. It should reflect the features. For example, innovative thinking can also go beyond the scope of creative, that is, existing algorithms, samples, models. In addition, innovative thinking differs from creative thinking, which is carried out in art. Works created by the artist through an inner emotional world are always evaluated as an object of innovation. For the inventor, however, the innovation goal is of paramount importance in achieving a tremendous result by spending less labor. The concept in the process of creative thinking is the time of birth of something new that can not be born within the framework of existing algorithms.

Innovative thinking is constructive. When we say constructivism, we understand the ability to accurately diagnose the goal and choose the methods and tools that suit it, plan the sequence of actions, determine the degree of achievement of the goal and, if necessary, change it to dialectically, make timely changes to the plan, understand the consequences of the introduction of innovations. A synonym for constructiveness can have productivity as its ideal embodiment.

Constructive thinking is not subject to emotions, logical, consistent, methodical, seeks to pursue the ultimate goal, not distracted by secondary factors. Constructive thinking can be figuratively imagined as a limiting obstacle leading to the fiery and unpredictable horse's goal of creative thinking. Performing music on the assembly line is an ideal combination of creative and technological in innovative thinking. That's exactly what was done by the famous American inventor Edison, who managed to flow his technical vision and take advantage of them. Innovation is closely related to the same process of thought pragmatism. The inventor or inventor is not only limited to the invention or invention, but also participates in the achievement of practical results from the discovery, the introduction of the invention. At the same time, he must harmonize in himself the personal qualities of a scientist, organizer, manager, entrepreneur. Because Sh.T.Kubaeva said, “...innovation is carried out by individ people who have innovative thinking. The object of innovative thinking occurs through the creation of innovative education. Innovative education, in turn, contributes to the development of an understanding of the content of life and its reproduction in future specialists, with which an innovative thinking is formed that motivates the individual to realize innovations”.

The owner of innovative thinking should be aware of the existing conditions, use them effectively. In particular, as Nick Bostrom, director of Oxford University, correctly pointed out: "due to the acceleration of technological progress, it is likely that humanity is now approaching the critical turning point of its development with great speed. The nuclear threat, which has become well-known to mankind, is now accompanied by unprecedented opportunities and risks of technologies that have begun to develop rapidly in such areas as nanotechnology and machine intelligence. Our future, if it happens, depends on our attitude to these processes. Since we depend on rapidly developing technologies, we must have a good understanding of the dynamics of the transition from human to post-human (nonhuman) society. Especially we need to notice where the traps are located: the path that can lead to an inevitable death."

Innovative thinking is constructive character. Constructive means is understood the ability to set diagnostic and truthful goals, as well as the ability to choose the appropriate methods and tools, plan the sequence of actions, determine the degree of achievement of the goal, if necessary, make dialectical correction, make changes to the plan implemented in a timely manner, to perceive the consequences of the introduction of innovation. It is possible to cite the concept of technology as a synonym for consulting. Innovative - constructive thinking is not driven by emotions, moves in a logical consistency, methodical sequence without distracting from secondary factors to the final goal.

The development of innovative thinking also requires the act of innovation, the implementation of innovative ideas. That is, people will have to be given the opportunity to integrate their ideas and dreams into their lives. After all, the need for every innovation idea must be covered by the consumer. For this reason, one of the components of innovative thinking is the commercialization of ideas. Innovative thinking it means the end result-income, it is a weapon of any business, business development. "The fact that innovation processes have a systematic character is also associated with its purposefulness, therefore, all components of innovation processes determine the balance of interests and the overall dynamics of development of development".

Innovator-homo pragmaticus is a pragmatic person. He knows exactly how to put the idea into practice, turn it into a novelty. And the conservative-homo tecnicus-a technological person is the owner of technologies that allow us to overcome previous negative situations, to adopt innovations to society and man, and to use them more effectively. As we see, all people involved in the innovation process are separated from each other individually, proceeding from their abilities and experience. For us today, we would not be mistaken to say that every younger generation is primarily determined by how he understands himself as a person, his role in the process of world and innovation changes. Therefore, I.G.Abdullaeva explains the qualities inherent in the innovator as follows:

• 1.    Innovatual property, which is the product of its vision, is owned by innovators (individually or in a way that is combined with others).

• 2.    Economic rights are used in the introduction of innovation into practice.

• 3.    The type of labor and labor is freely chosen.

• 4.    No one will be deprived of illegal search for innovation, improvement of property relations and expansion of property.

• 5.    Innovators have the right to unite professional founders and through them to manage the country, enterprise, economic life.

• 6.    The will of the people or the labor team, especially the activity and initiatives of innovators, is the basis of the activities of the authority or property owner.

• 7.    Innovators have the right to social support (provision ) for the development of skills, the realization of creativity and economic rights.

• 8.    The innovator has the right to receive and be rewarded for his work as a person.

• 9.    Innovators can form trade unions (unions) that protect their economic and cultural rights.

• 10.    The fact that innovators have special privileges is not considered a violation of Labor procedures, Contracts".

Independently develop new knowledge, organize them on a regular basis and reflect the basic set of competencies that an "innovative person" should possess. Innovative thinking and innovative activity based on it, in turn, is one of the strategies for adapting to social changes. The transition to innovative development is an important task of modern society. "Innovation education" as a specific tool or technology ensures the stability of the process of creating innovation. "Today, without an idea of innovation in the world, it is impossible to develop any sphere without the achievements of science".

Well, modern social development can not be carried out without innovations, which are a form of renewal at all levels of society, not only economic, but also a key factor of social development, where they play a key role in solving the problems that arise in society. The globalisation of the world community, the influx of innovation in competition are increasingly becoming the focus of attention, and the level of development of countries is being assessed by its innovative ability. In this regard, scientists began to speculate about innovations that laid the foundations for a new type of civilization development of the most advanced countries of the world - the next step in the progressive development of Western society. This requires the conduct of appropriate scientific research on the study of the innovation process itself and its main features, as well as the social processes that are carried out in society on the basis of these processes, as well as the subjects of innovative activity, etc. The practical importance of innovation is characterized by the need to develop an innovative policy. This is especially important for our country, which has embarked on a new path of development, but still does not have a consistent state policy of innovation and its implementation.

The sphere of innovation is directly connected with the problems of our country's exit from the crisis and the determination of the future position of Uzbekistan in the world community.
