Institutionalization and development trends of social education in the south of Russia in the context of the Bologna process

Democratic reforms in Russia led to the emergence of social education, carrying out vocational training of specialists for work in the administration bodies and social security institutions. The undertaken social analysis has shown that institutional processes in the social education system of the Russian South are correlated with the processes of modernization of all Russian higher education and meet the requirements of the modern social practice. They also take into account global trends of educational space development, but altogether have their own national and socio-cultural characteristics. Based on the obtained results, the article has revealed a combination of trends of social education development in the South of Russia.
