The integration of compulsory and supplementary education as a factor to increase the level of pupils'' Readiness for professional self-determination

The paper shows the possibility of increasing the level of secondary schools pupils' readiness for professional self-determination. It also considers the process of the integration of compulsory and supplementary education in the context of searching for the ways of effective vocational guidance of the younger generation.
