The development and introduction of new diagnostic methods based on the molecular-biological approach allow us to perform differential diagnostics of diseases and to determine the prognosis of the disease with high efficiency.The purpose of this study was to develop a technology for molecular-biological testing of breast tissue samples, which increases the effectiveness of differential diagnostics of breast formations.Studies of the molecular and genetic profile of breast tissue and an algorithm for examining women with breast diseases is proposed. This algorithm includes the determination of the level of expression of nine genes and allows to increase the overall effectiveness of diagnostics.
