Integration of secondary vocational education and higher professional education in the context of new technological order

The formation of new technological paradigms in modern global economics is considered in this article. The cyclicity of technological orders and corresponding to them core technologies and required competencies of staff are shown. Upon the example of the U.S. and Germany, changes in the structure of the labor market and personnel qualifications in the industry for the past thirty years are given. It is shown that only integration efforts of secondary vocational education and higher professional education allows to answering for the challenges of the global economics and the sixth technological order, stable formation of which began in 2005 and needs for a fundamentally new approach to the training system.
