The article describes traditional and modern approaches to the problem integration at preschool institutions’ pedagogical process. A special attention is paid to personal orientation of the modern pedagogical process and the integration function of forming necessary conditions for developing every child’s personality. The common sides of the children’s development manifesting in the development sequence of activity types and every child peculiarities appearing in the specificity of gathered experience and proclivity to develop capabilities are realized in the process of the organisation forms integration. The main function of the pedagogical process integration is emphasized as providing children with the freedom of perception, choice of a creative activity type and information for modeling of the outworld picture. As the result, the child’s creative self-realisation in chosen activities, the passing of an individual development way and the development of a subjective quality of personality are happening.
