The integration approach to improvement the architecture of the enterprises in sphere of services

In the article the authors analyze the drawbacks and problems existing in the organization of business processes in the sphere of services, appearing due to communication rupture with the processes of strategic management and nonuse of the advanced information and communication technologies. This influences directly on performance of a network of business processes of an enterprise. The authors also analyzed the means of elimination of these problems on the basis of the enterprise strategy, the process approach to management, qualities of economics with the use of technologies of electronic business.
