The paper deals with the specifics of integral assessments of the quality of education. Analysis is based on cause-and-effect diagram. This chart includes the following factors: results of the entrants' contest, marketing of educational services, organization of the educational process, IT education facilities, technologies of personnel management, intellectual capital, technology of human resource management, management of educational resources and management of educational innovation. The paper provides a detailed analysis of these factors as factors of integral assessment of education quality. The article underscores the need for developing special methods for integral assessment. The practicability of use of correlative methods for integral assessment is shown. They can be used to manage staff and to assess the effectiveness of training. The article highlights the dominant role of information technology in education management and integral assessment of the quality of education. The article highlights two educational qualities: external and internal. Internal quality of education is determined by regulatory standards. External quality of education is determined by the external environment, in particular, competitive professionals who have received education.
