Intellectual capital and process of knowledge management as innovational elements of contemporary system of economic education

The article considers the concept of «intellectual capital». Comparative analysis of the state in the sphere of intellectual capital in Russia and other countries is given. Furthermore, the characteristics of the function of knowledge management conducted by the companies under the conditions of contemporary economic environment are given.
