Interactive educational forms in business discourse

The article deals with the aspect of application of interactive forms and methods when teaching students business communication. It enables not only to improve the level of students’ knowledge, skills and abilities but also to reveal their new opportunities, develop various capabilities which is essential to form students’ rhetorical competence. The author pays special attention to the features of training exercises and role-playing games application in teaching students business communication. Training models for practicing preparation for business communication and role-playing games at the argumentation stage are presented in the article. Application of the above mentioned interactive techniques proves to be efficient as they help to form students’ communicative competence in the course of training.
