Авторы обзора анализируют статьи по проблеме ишемического посткондиционирования сердца. В обзоре показано, что посткондиционирование уменьшает размер инфаркта, предупреждает апоптоз кардиомиоцитов, улучшает сократимость сердца в реперфузионном периоде, усиливает толерантность сердца к аритмогенному действию реперфузии.
