The article discusses prospects for public-private partnership in higher education institutions of culture and arts. Emerging innovative technologies in the sphere of education, culture and art are the driving force of social, economic and cultural progress of our country. In the light of development of innovations in recent years began to emerge various concepts aimed at the interaction between private business and the state. In the article the project of the Association of universities of culture and art in a single project aimed at intensification of training and education with the involvement of the General public. The project will focus on cultural education and training both students and the General public, resulting in an expected increase in the level of culture in our country, the growth of interest in their own and foreign culture, the education of careful attitude to the monuments of antiquity, the inculcation and development of cultural and creative skills, and the ability to organize cultural activities for the whole family.
