Art education and intercultural exchange: research and practice of diversity in oil painting teaching in higher education institutions

The article examines the features and modern approaches to teaching oil painting in higher art educational institutions, focusing on the integration of traditional and innovative techniques. In the context of the growing demands on education in the 21st century, the focus is on the flexibility of educational methods, including the use of digital technologies and innovative materials. An example of a successful intercultural project of the Moscow Institute of Arts, which unites Chinese and Russian students in the framework of bilingual education, is given. The importance of cooperation and exchange of experience between universities is emphasized in order to train qualified specialists who are able to preserve and develop the cultural traditions of their countries.
