Using lean manufacturing to manage the business processes of an industrial enterprise

The article analyzes the conceptual foundations of the lean manufacturing concept and the possibilities of its use in Russian industrial enterprises. Based on the industrial enterprise JSC Sorbent in the Perm Territory, the experience of introducing Lean technologies to optimize production was studied. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that it is advisable to introduce the concept of lean manufacturing to manage the business processes of Russian enterprises in order to increase their operational efficiency.
