Distance learning technology using in inclusive education (by example of Centre of Distance Education "Institute for Development of Education" of Krasnodar region)

This article briefly review the historical background of the formation of the inclusive education as a form of organization of education for children with limited health possibilities; regulatory basis for the organization of teaching children with special educational needs; problems in the implementation of inclusive education; accessibility and equality in education for all categories of students. Main attention is devoted to the problem of organizing inclusive education using distance learning technologies. The experience and the possibility of inclusive education in the conditions of activity of Center for Distance Education are analyzed in the article. The authors gives a generalized description of the experience of Center for Distance Education, describes the features of the regional model of learning children with limited health possibilities with distance learning technologies, analyzes the results, and also determine the long-term objectives for the development of distance education in Krasnodar Region.
