The purpose of the study is to use a product of processing plant raw materials using the example of fireweed powder in the manufacture of flour confectionery products (semi-finished biscuit product, control), as well as in the development of formulations for the biscuit enriched semi-finished product Plyus Kiprej and to determine the quality of the product with the optimal partial replacement of granulated sugar with powder from fireweed.
